Leading off-grid renewable energy operations across rural Germany, with a focus on mid-scale, land-based PV, BESS, and wind projects in areas beyond grid reach. The position offers exclusive involvement in off-grid energy solutions, overseeing a 1,750 MWp pipeline post-land acquisition across 130+ projects, direct PPA negotiations with agricultural, industrial, and chemical clients.

Leading special BESS projects ranging from 5–15 MWp, focused on delivering clean energy solutions integrated with agricultural land use. This is a hands-on development role with immediate impact, driving decentralized solar and storage across rural regions with frequent energy blackouts. The position blends fast-paced execution with deep local engagement, aiming to deliver tangible results within 12 months.
